Meet the Team
John Bailey II
An experienced founder and data security expert, John began his career with technical recruitment for Silicon Valley companies and Wall Street investment banks through the successful placement of IT professionals into software and systems development, as well as cross-divisional compliance positions with clients such as Goldman Sachs, NBC Universal, Google, and Spotify.
John collects and curates vintage audio gear in his spare time.
Felix Schildorfer is an experienced Data Scientist and Data Strategy consultant. Drawing from his background in Mathematics and Economics, he is a data evangelist across industries, continents, and organizations of all sizes.
In his spare time, Felix shepherds his menagerie of domestic animals.
Michel is the head of Product Design & User Experience. Embracing both design and technology, he brings decades of expertise shipping solutions that synthesize Design Thinking with the modern software experience. Previously, Michel held design leadership roles at Alpine Data Labs and CA Technologies, where he created transformative products for data science, performance monitoring, and enterprise collaboration.
Michel uses his extracurricular time attempting to recreate old world Amaro recipes in his kitchen.
Doug is a thought leader, consultant, advisor, author, speaker, and instructor on data strategy. He is an originator of the discipline of data valuation, and author of the best-selling book, "Infonomics: How to Monetize, Manage, and Measure Information for Competitive Advantage."
Sameer is a seasoned executive, bringing more than two decades of advanced data analytics experience spanning Marketing, Product, and Customer Insight. He is currently an Analytics leader at Apple.
Sameer also serves on the advisory board of Northwestern University’s Master in Analytics program, where he enjoys mentoring students and helping shape the curriculum.
Anand’s passion for helping customers make the most of data is infectious. He is a GTM expert and accomplished sales executive who was formerly SVP of Global Sales for Alation, and has also held positions with Big Eye, NYSE Euronext, IBM and Deloitte Consulting.
